Academic Outreach and Extended Programs

Enrollment Information

1. After admission to Graduate School and after the professor of the Certificate course has verified admission, each Certificate student will be enrolled by the professor in the appropriate course through WebCT. There will be no self-enrollment. Information regarding WebCT access will be provided following admission verification.

2. Each student will access WebCT through UCA's Home Page where access to course readings and exercises will be available.

3. When the course has been completed, the student will be removed from the course.

4. Each time in which a course has been enrolled, WebCT access will be provided. If more than one course has been enrolled in concurrently, necessary reading and exercise material will be available for each course.

5. Completed exercises and other assignments will be returned to the professor via one of the following methods: e-mail, CD-ROM, regular post, or WebCT. The professor will designate which method is preferred.
